I’m Jody, a self-love advocate, coach, and founder of the Be You! Community Room and creator of A Course in Self-Love.
For years, I struggled and put myself last, chasing validation from others, and feeling like I wasn’t enough.
But then I discovered the power of self-love, and it completely transformed my life.
Now, I’m on a mission to help other women do the same.
I believe self-love is the key to living authentically, pursuing your dreams, and creating the relationships you deserve.

This series is dedicated to a woman that really supported me in spirit and in her teachings on my self-love journey: Louise Hay. If you don't know who that is, well I'll share about her and how she helped to shape who I am today.
My hope in life is that I touch even a fraction of the people that she did, because even to this day, with her physically gone, she's still helping people and that's just incredible.
So join me today as I share about those days where I just feel this trust and alignment and support around me and how life just flows. You can feel that way too!
